Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions for the sale of goods from our website will govern all contracts for sale that we Firns Home Hardware Ltd. enter into with you.Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms please do not use the website. If you do access the website, and/ or place an order,you thereby agree to be bound by the our terms and conditions. The email response sent to you to acknowledge receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of it.Your offer is accepted and our contract begins with you,our valued customer,when the goods are despatched. HOW TO ORDER: Orders can be placed on-line using our website.We have selected a few of our best selling lines to show you.Just browse our store and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection go to the check-out to complete your order.Your order for goods is subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will advise you and we will obviously refund any money already paid by you for the goods. However we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses,which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. METHOD OF PAYMENT You pay using paypal which is an established and totally secure method for all credit card transactions. Just follow the instructions when you go to check-out. No responsibility can be taken by Firns Home Hardware Ltd.for incorrect or incomplete details submitted by customers on the website and which may prevent an order being successfully processed. DELIVERY SCHEDULE Goods will be delivered to the UK mainland.Anywhere outside this area and you will need to contact us by phone 01900 823123 or by email:firnhomehardware@btconnect.com to make special arrangements /quotations. Orders placed before 2pm will
usually be despatched the same day unless otherwise stated. Small
items will be sent by Royal Mail first class post and will usually
arrive the next day or 3-5 days when using Parcel Force. Delivery charges are worked
out by weight plus packaging costs and each item is clearly marked
with the cost of delivery when you place your order. OUT OF STOCK If the item you have ordered is out of stock then we will back order it for you.We will advise you of this and you will be given the opportunity to hold on back order or to cancel.Goods are subject to availability and should we be unable to supply we will advise you and a full refund will be given.
PRICES The price you pay is the price
displayed on this website when you place your order. RETURN OF GOODS Goods can be returned for a
full refund(including delivery costs) if they are faulty or if
the wrong item has been despatched.Goods must be returned within
30 days of receipt.If you require to do this please email or
phone the shop.01900 823123 The customer initially pays
for return postage.When returning goods recorded/insured delivery
is at the customers discretion:however we will not be responsible
for the loss of items.Please retain your proof of postage. If the goods have been despatched as ordered but are unwanted they can be returned to us within 1 month of the purchase for a refund or an exchange.Any delivery charges are non-refundable.The goods must be in their original packaging and labelling,be unused (ie in the same condition as supplied) and be accompanied by their original delivery note. Goods not returned in the condition as supplied will be assessed and a refund made at our discretion. Nothing in these conditions
affects your statutory rights as a consumer which are protected
under the EU distance selling directive and can be found at ERRORS AND OMISSIONS We strive to keep our website accurate,up to date and error free.However whilst every effort has been made to make it so we can accept no responsibility should these occur and reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without prior notice.
